First Post about Scammer Chow Yeow Hui

Dear all fellow readers!!

This post is to send out alert to all members out there to be aware of this scammer CHOW YEOW HUI aka KEVIN NRIC (Sxxx2419E). Here's my story:

Few months ago in Jun, he came to look for me thru a trusted friend of mine saying that he is running some money changing business and required some funds to roll his account. Promise me that he will be able to return the funds with daily. Because he is recommended by a trusted friend of mine, I didn’t give any doubt and lent him a sum of money close to $100,000.00.
Initially, he did meet me daily and as promised return me the instalment. Gradually he is giving me all sort of excuses saying that he is busy with work and etc. I am not in need of the funds at the point of time so I did not push him for payment.

Days passed and it reached the due date. Here comes his true colours.
1) He said his brother in law is doing some business and need a few more days to pull out the funds to roll. Given him a few days, no repayment was made as promised.

2) Now he mentioned that the money is in his company bank account. Need some more funds to pull the cash out. (this time not so much. $600). I gave in another benefit of doubt and let him settle this issue. STILL, no payment was received.

3) Then he said that the bank transfer was not able to make any transfer due to some reasons despite showing me that there are funds in his bank account. Keep asking me to check again the next day but no money was received.

The Best part is he keep committing on dates to return. Recently he promised that by 23 Oct 2019 10pm he will return a partial sum of the loan. But as expected the repayment didn’t come. He is still giving me tons of story saying that “his friend” are doing transfer over, waiting for “his friend’s” boss to approve. Best is he still have the cheek to say he have the $ and even show me a bank account that money isn’t a problem. Now he is transferring the money from overseas. How in the world a bank transfer to take weeks to transfer?

His attitude towards repayment stinks. When he make a commitment to me he will say until have dragon have tiger. Take example, he told me his friend is going to help him by lending him $$ and return to me. Made a swearing that he will no matter what return me 7.5k by Tue 29 Oct and also another 7.5k by Wed 30 Oct. Up till today 1 Nov, he only manage to pay up 2.6k. Excuses after excuses.

My intention for viral him first is to teach him a painful lesson and second is to stop any further victim that are going to lent him any sum of $$. He is not trust worthy at all.
My trusted friend has fallen victim as well. His loan amount has been cleared off as is it a small amount.

DON’T BE THE NEXT VICTIM. 

On 21 Nov 2019: This time round, he came to my place in the middle of the night begging me to remove a Facebook post (https://www.facebook.com/jeffersonshin.yee/posts/10157603196532866). sumpah say this time will make payment. Told me sad story here and there. Again he missed his own commitment and his own sumpah. From 10pm say will repay till the next day morning den afternoon den night time and this thing keep repeating over and over. Though i have to give credits to him, he did repay partial sum of which he sumpah-ed but he is still a long long way for his full repayment. He even make a commitment on the date to return. Still keep assuring to be that he already make plans this and that.. yet still no $$ came

On 16 Dec 2019: is been a while since Ian he is making returns to me as promise. But good things doesn’t last long. He again defaulted in his promises and currently still owe me 45k.
On the site note, many victims had came and look for me about this incident. He indeed scam many people hard earn $$. So please spread the news out and stop this scammer from scamming!!

And yes from June until now.. this drama haven finish!!

I have decided to dedicate this blogspot for him. so in any event that some1 google his name, Chow Yeow Hui or Kevin Chow, it will appear as a red flag to stop other from being scammed
